Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Trousseau Tales, we understand that our products are an essential part of your most cherished celebrations. We are committed to ensuring that your bespoke trays, hampers, and trunks reach you safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for non-customized products are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Custom & Bespoke Orders: Since our trousseau packing and curation services are handcrafted to your specifications, processing times vary between 7–15 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
Note: During peak wedding seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays immediately.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We ship across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
Local Delivery (Sirhind & Nearby): We offer specialized local delivery or studio pickup options for delicate bridal trousseau sets. Please contact us directly to coordinate local handling.
International Shipping: Currently, we handle international requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at trousseautales@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Metros & Major Cities: 3–5 business days.
Rest of India: 5–8 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are provided by our courier partners and are estimates only.
4. Safe Packaging & Handling
Given the delicate nature of our artisanal trays and gift hampers, we use premium, multi-layered protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. All luxury trunks and heavy items are shipped via specialized logistics partners.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Damage During Transit
While we take every precaution, if your package arrives damaged:
You must record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the reveal of the product.
Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery with the video evidence.
This is mandatory for us to process insurance claims with our courier partners and provide you with a replacement.
7. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete (including a valid phone number). Trousseau Tales is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages returned due to the recipient being unavailable. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
